THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED TO WIT:

RESOLUTION 20250609-2: STEAMBOAT PARK IMPROVEMENTS #2200968

WHEREAS, the following bids were opened and read aloud on May 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. for the Village of Harrisonburg, Steamboat Park – Park Improvements #2200968, Catahoula Parish, LA

Womack & Sons Construction Group, Inc.                                     $663,380.00

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the contract be awarded to Womack & Sons Construction Group, Inc. in the amount of $663,380.00;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the mayor is authorized to execute any and all contracts, estimates and change orders between the Village of Harrisonburg and the contractor.

This Resolution adopted this 9^th day of June 2025 with the vote recorded as follows:
