WHEREAS, the Village of Harrisonburg is in need of land for the Phase 1 River Front Park.
WHEREAS, funds are available to purchase the Boothe Property located by the old bridge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Village of Harrisonburg, Catahoula Parish, Louisiana that: Mayor, Michael Tubre has been given authority to execute and sign all documents related to the purchase of the Boothe property located beside the bridge, connecting to the Costanza property.
The foregoing resolution was read in full; the roll was called on the adoption thereof, and the resolution was adopted by the following votes:
