The Mayor and Town Council of the Village of Harrisonburg met in Regular Session on January 13th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village of Harrisonburg Town Hall.
Council Members Present: Mayor: Michael Tubre, Aldermen: Greg Terry, Arthurine Watson and Judy Cotten Also Present: Town Clerk: Patricia Hefner and Betty Gauthier with the Harrisonburg Service League.
There being a quorum present, the Mayor called the meeting to order.
On a motion by Council Member Cotten, seconded by Council Member Watson, with all in favor, the Council approved December Meeting Minutes.
On a motion by Council Member Watson,
seconded by Council Member Terry, with all in favor, the Council approved the Account
Transfers and Disbursements.
On a motion by Watson, seconded by Cotton, with all in favor, the Council
authorized Mayor Tubre to sign the Meter Reading and Maintenance agreement with
JCP beginning January 2020 to December 2020. Allowing JCP to read and
disconnect delinquent accounts. JCP will repair and maintain meters at the
town’s request.
On a motion by Council Member Cotten, seconded by Council Member Watson, with all in favor, the Council adjourned the meeting.
