The following Ordinance, having been introduced on February 8th, 2021 will be laid over with a public hearing on March 8th, 2021 at 6:00 PM and will be offered for adoption on March 8th at 6:15 PM.

ORDINANCE NO. 20210308 WATER REVENUE BONDS
An ordinance authorizing the issuance of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) of Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2021, of the Village of Harrisonburg, State of Louisiana; prescribing the form, fixing the details and providing for the payment thereof; providing for the sale thereof and entering into certain other covenants and agreements in connection with the security and payment of said Bonds; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
Said ordinance is available for public inspection at the Village of Harrisonburg Town Hall: 108 Sicily Street, Harrisonburg, La weekdays between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities and non-English speaking individuals provided that three-day notice of received by the town hall.
Those citizens unable to attend this hearing may submit their views and proposals until March 8th, 2021 in writing to:
