Mayor Michael Tubre and Council of the Village of Harrisonburg, Louisiana, met in regular session on Monday May 12, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village of Harrisonburg Town Hall, 108 Sicily Street, Harrisonburg, Louisiana.
Council Present: Mayor Michael Tubre, Mayor Pro-Tem Greg Terry, Councilmember Judy Cotten. Also present: Town Clerk Patricia Hefner, Town Attorney Joey Booth.
There being a quorum present, Mayor Tubre called the meeting to order.
Mayor Pro-Tem Greg Terry gave the invocation and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
A motion was made by Councilmember Cotten and seconded by Councilmember Terry, to accept the April meeting minutes as published. The floor was opened for public comment. On vote, the motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Councilmember Terry, seconded by Councilmember Cotten, to accept the April 2025 financial reports: transfers, disbursements and budget report. The floor was opened for public comment. On vote, the motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Tubre opened the floor for public comment:
There being no further business to come before the Council, a motion to adjourn was made by Council Member Cotten, and seconded by Council Member Terry. at 6:48 p.m. On vote, the motion carried unanimously.
