Mayor Michael Tubre and Council of the Village of Harrisonburg, Louisiana, met in regular session on Monday, August 12, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village of Harrisonburg Town Hall, 108 Sicily Street, Harrisonburg, Louisiana.
Council Present: Mayor Michael Tubre, Mayor Pro-Tem Greg Terry, Councilmember Blake Barbo. Also present: Town Attorney Joseph Boothe, Town Clerk Patricia Hefner
There being a quorum present, Mayor Tubre called the meeting to order.
A motion was made by Councilmember Terry and seconded by Councilmember Barbo, to accept the July 15th, 2024 meeting minutes as published. The floor was opened for public comment. On vote, the motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Councilmember Terry, seconded by Councilmember Barbo, to accept the July 2024 financial reports: transfers, disbursements and budget report. The floor was opened for public comment. On vote, the motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Tubre opened the floor for public comment:
There being no further business to come before the Council, a motion to adjourn was made by Council Member Barbo, and seconded by Council Member Terry at 6:10 p.m. On vote, the motion carried unanimously.
