REGULAR TOWN MEETING 20250210
Mayor Pro-Tem Greg Terry and Council of the Village of Harrisonburg, Louisiana, met in regular session on Monday February 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village of Harrisonburg Town Hall, 108 Sicily Street, Harrisonburg, Louisiana.
Council Present Mayor Pro-Tem Greg Terry, Councilmember Judy Cotton, Councilmember Blake Barbo: Also present: Superintendent Billy Franklin, Town Attorney Joseph Boothe
There being a quorum present, Mayor Pro-Tem Greg Terry called the meeting to order.
A motion was made by Councilmember Barbo and seconded by Councilmember Cotten, to accept the January meeting minutes as published. The floor was opened for public comment. On vote, the motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Councilmember Cotten, seconded by Councilmember Barbo, to accept the January 2025 financial reports: transfers, disbursements and budget report. The floor was opened for public comment. On vote, the motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Councilmember Cotten, seconded by Councilmember Barbo to award bids for surplus items.

Mayor Pro-Tem Greg Terry opened the floor for public comment:
There being no further business to come before the Council, a motion to adjourn was made by Council Member Cotten, and seconded by Council Member Barbo at 6:45 p.m. On vote, the motion carried unanimously.
