  5. AUDIT PRESENTATION – John Vercher of Vercher Group will present the annual audit report for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025.
  6. ACCEPT the minutes of the September 2025 meeting as published.
  7. APPROVE the September 2025 Financial Reports: Account Transfers, Disbursements and Budget Items.
  8. OPEN for Discussion
