- Water Bond Ordinance# 20210308
An ordinance authorizing the issuance of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) of Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2021, of the Village of Harrisonburg, State of Louisiana; prescribing the form, fixing the details and providing for the payment thereof; providing for the sale thereof and entering into certain other covenants and agreements in connection with the security and payment of said Bonds; and providing for other matters in connection therewith. - Motion to award and authorize the Mayor to execute the Professional Services Contract Amendment for the Phase 1 Cultural Resources Survey of the LCDBG Harrisonburg-Enterprise Consolidation project to Surveys Unlimited Research Associates, Inc. in the amount of $2,590.00.
- Adopt MWPP Resolution in support of the Water Pollution Prevention Environmental Audit Report and set forth actions required to maintain permit requirements.
