Resolution Authorizing Mayor Tubre to open negotiations
WHEREAS, the Village of Harrisonburg and Catahoula parish is in need of a debris site; and,
WHEREAS, the Village of Harrisonburg has property available, that may be used for a debris site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village of Harrisonburg, Catahoula Parish, Louisiana, that:
Section 1. Mayor Michael Tubre, is hereby authorized to open negotiations with the Catahoula Parish Police Jury and other parties that may be involved in the planning of a debris site.
Section 2. Mayor Michael Tubre, is hereby designated as the Official Project Representative and is hereby given signature authority for all relative documents pertaining to the planning of a debris site, for the Village of Harrisonburg, Louisiana.
A MOTION TO ADOPT the above resolution was made by Cotten seconded by Terry and resulted in the following vote:
