VILLAGE OF HARRISONBURG
The Board of Alderman of the Village of Harrisonburg will conduct public hearings at 6:00 p.m. Monday, November 13, 2023, at the Village of Harrisonburg Town Hall, 108 Sicily Street, to receive comments on the following Ordinances:
Ordinance #20231113001: Criminal Code: Increase of Fines.
Ordinance #20231113002002: General – Rates and Fees. Garbage Rates, Delinquent Date to the 10th of each month and Disconnect Date on the 20th of each month.
Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed ordinances are asked to appear at the Public Hearing to express their concerns.
Following the Public Hearing, the Village of Harrisonburg Council will consider adoption of the ordinances.
